SS18 White and Black Polka Dotted Flocked Tulle Ruffled Blouse And Tiered Skirt

This two-piece set is made from sheer white tulle detailed with black velvet flocked polka dots. The blouse features a high neck and tiered chevron ruffles on the bodice and on the sleeves, as well as , faux pearl closures. The tea length skirt features a ruched drop waisted yoke and tiers of gathered ruffles.
