Returns & Exchanges

Rodarte accepts returns on full-priced items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all archive sales, custom orders, and delicate evening wear are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure garments are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our atelier receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
